It begin when Alex set his sights on a new goal: earning his bachelor’s degree in accounting from WGU. But he wasn’t just hitting the books—he was also working full-time at BMW and learning German on the side.

Balancing work, school, and language studies wasn’t easy, but Alex thrived on the challenge. By learning German, he added another layer to his ability to connect with people across cultures, alongside his fluency in English, Russian, and Ukrainian.
